Standard Shipping is via Royal Mail First Class (UK Mainland Only) and costs £4.00.
You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been despatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours and most will dispatch the next working day.
If you place your order before 2pm on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 2pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
There is a small chance that not all the items in your order are in stock. If this is the case we will make contact with you to let you know and inform you when we will have the item ready to dispatch. You can then decide if you would like to remove the out of stock item from your order.

If you purchased directly from our website and are dissatisfied with the product, you may return the product within 14 calendar days after receiving it.
You must notify us in writing of your intent to return the goods.
We will issue a full refund providing you notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and send the product back within 14 calendar days after purchase, along with a copy of your packing slip.
Items must be in their original condition with seals unbroken and in their original packaging.
You will be responsible for all postage costs associated with returning the goods.
We recommend the use of a trackable service for all returns.
